All online orders are received by Stealth Security Head Office and can only be dispatched from Head Office. All online order inquiries are to be directed to sales@stealthsecurity.co.za or call 031 012 5085.

At Stealth Security, we prioritize your satisfaction and work hard to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as swiftly as possible. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.

However, delivery times may vary based on the equipment you choose. Rest assured, a dedicated representative will reach out to you via phone and email to confirm your delivery date. To help us serve you better and avoid any delays, please make sure to provide accurate information when placing your order.

Regrettably, no orders will be shipped or delivered on Public Holidays or Weekends.

Please take a moment to carefully inspect your orders before signing delivery note. Once you sign the delivery note, Stealth Security is unable to assume any responsibility for the items thereafter.

By signing for the delivery, you confirm that all items are in excellent condition and fully operational. Therefore, we can only accept refunds or returns in the rare event of a genuine fault that makes the unit unusable or non-functional.

Our drivers will confirm your availability for delivery before dispatching your order. If the first delivery attempt isn’t successful, the package will be returned. Please note that the customer will incur a delivery fee for any subsequent attempts to re-deliver the product.
